As an Account Cloud Engineer, you will partner with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems. Responsibilities:
- Engage with strategic customers and build leadership relationships to design and implement solutions.
- Gather requirements from customers, develop architectures, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
- Deliver customized presentations and demonstrations to customers, and participate in conferences and events.
- Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment, including resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
- Create technical assets such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
- Serve as a leading contributor for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success.
- Identify gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
- Provide direction and mentoring to others as needed.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and maintain expertise.
Work Conditions:
- The position is non-routine and complex, requiring advanced technical and business skills.
- Interaction with C-level executives is expected.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English; additional languages may be beneficial.
