Account Cloud Engineer

As an Account Cloud Engineer, you will empower organizations on their digital transformation journey, making a direct impact on their success through the power of the company's comprehensive cloud portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer success by collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensuring our solutions align with their needs.
• Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
• Design and deliver enterprise cloud architectures, clearly articulating business value through capability models, assessments, and technical architecture.
• Lead cross-functional teams to help customers design, adopt, and govern enterprise cloud architecture on Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services, including resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.

Requirements

• Technical fluency with strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and their applications across business functions.
• Experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role such as Pre-Sales Solution Architect, focused on enterprise cloud solutions.
• X+ years of experience in technology and industry, with X+ years working with public cloud platforms.
