Responsibilities
- Drive customer success by collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensuring our solutions align with their needs.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Design and deliver enterprise cloud architectures, clearly articulating business value through capability models, assessments, and technical architecture.
- Lead cross-functional teams to help customers design, adopt, and govern enterprise cloud architecture on Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services, including resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
Requirements
- Technical fluency with strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and their applications across business functions.
- Experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role such as Pre-Sales Solution Architect, focused on enterprise cloud solutions.
- X+ years of experience in technology and industry, with X+ years working with public cloud platforms.
