Job Responsibilities
- Drive customer success by building strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering retention.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable Oracle cloud solutions.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to gather detailed business and technical requirements.
- Architect comprehensive cloud solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Present and demonstrate Oracle cloud solutions, showcasing their value to customers.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest cloud technologies and trends by working closely with Oracle product management and engineering teams.
- Provide technical guidance during the sales cycle, including proof of concept (POC) and pilot projects.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights to the sales team and customers.
- Design and deliver enterprise cloud architectures that articulate business value through vision, capability models, assessments, and technical architecture.
- Lead cross-functional teams to help customers design, implement, and govern enterprise cloud architecture and solutions on time.
Key Qualifications & Competencies
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in technology and industry, with experience working with public cloud platforms.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role such as Pre-Sales Solution Architect focusing on enterprise cloud solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications.
- Familiarity with cloud implementation and adoption cycles.
- Experience with open-source, cloud-native, and Oracle technologies.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
