As an Account Cloud Engineer, you will partner with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that effectively address customer business challenges. Your role is crucial in driving Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services through discovery, design, and deployment.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with strategic customers to build leadership relationships at multiple organizational levels, designing and implementing solutions tailored to their needs.
- Work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments, which may involve code development and scripting.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of products/applications by delivering highly customized presentations and demonstrations to customers at conferences and events.
- Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services, which includes resource configuration, planning, and customer education or training.
- Create and distribute technical assets, such as white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
- Serve as a leading contributor for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions, ensuring customer success.
- Identify gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
- Mentor and provide direction to others as a leading contributor in your field.
- Work on complex and non-routine tasks that require advanced technical and business skills in your area of specialization.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in code design and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a track record of engaging with C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
