What You Will Do:
- Drive customer success by building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team and Oracle’s cloud teams to align solutions with customer needs, providing strategic guidance.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation showcasing the value of our offerings.
- Design enterprise cloud architectures that articulate business value through assessments and technical architecture.
- Lead cross-functional Oracle teams to help customers design and govern enterprise cloud architecture on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Your Experience:
- Technical fluency with strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to understanding customer needs.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role related to enterprise cloud solutions.
- X+ years of experience in technology, including X+ years working with public cloud platforms.
Nice – To Have:
- Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications.
- Familiarity with cloud implementation and adoption cycles.
- Experience with Open Source, Cloud Native, and Oracle technologies.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
