As an Account Cloud Engineer, you will empower organizations on their digital transformation journey, making a direct impact on their success through the power of the company's comprehensive cloud portfolio. What You Will Do:
- Drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and align with the company's cloud teams.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation that showcase the value of our offerings.
- Define comprehensive cloud solutions leveraging the company's IaaS and PaaS portfolio to meet customer needs.
- Design and deliver enterprise cloud architectures that articulate business value through vision and assessments.
- Lead cross-functional teams to help customers design, adopt, and govern enterprise cloud architecture on Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Requirements:
- Technical fluency combined with strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional value.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and their applications across business functions.
- Experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role such as Pre-Sales Solution Architect.
- Several years of experience in technology and industry, particularly with public cloud platforms.
Preferred:
- Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications.
- Familiarity with cloud implementation and adoption cycles.
- Experience with open source, cloud-native, and company technologies.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
