Account Cloud Engineer

As an Account Cloud Engineer, you will play a crucial role in empowering organizations on their digital transformation journeys through the company's comprehensive cloud portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor, drive customer success, and collaborate with sales and the company's cloud teams to deliver tailored cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive customer success by building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
• Design and deliver enterprise cloud architectures that articulate business value.
• Lead cross-functional teams to help customers adopt and govern cloud architecture on Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Qualifications:

• Technical fluency combined with strong communication skills.
• A customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
• Experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role, focusing on enterprise cloud solutions.
• X+ years of experience in technology and cloud platforms.
• Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications are a plus.
