Account Cloud Engineer

Oracle is seeking an Account Cloud Engineer to join our field technology engineering team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping enterprises transform through cutting-edge cloud technology. You will act as a trusted advisor, develop relationships with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The position involves collaborating with sales teams to align Oracle's cloud solutions with customer needs, creating technical proposals and solution documentation, and delivering enterprise cloud architectures that demonstrate business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer success and satisfaction through strong advisory relationships.
• Collaborate with sales and various Oracle cloud teams to strategize solutions.
• Develop comprehensive cloud solutions utilizing the Oracle IaaS and PaaS portfolio.
• Design and lead cloud architecture implementations on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and experience in customer-facing roles.
• Relevant experience in technology, especially with public cloud platforms.
• Preferred: Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications, strong familiarity with cloud adoption cycles, and experience with Oracle technologies.
