As an Oracle Account Cloud Engineer, you will empower organizations on their digital transformation journey, making a direct impact on their success through the power of Oracle's comprehensive cloud portfolio.
You will drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and across Oracle’s cloud teams to ensure our solutions align with customer needs, providing strategic guidance at every step. You will create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
Additionally, your responsibilities will include defining comprehensive cloud solutions leveraging the Oracle IaaS and PaaS portfolio, designing enterprise cloud architectures, and orchestrating cross-functional Oracle teams to help customers govern enterprise cloud architecture and solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Required Experience:
- Technical fluency with strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and their applications.
- Experience in a cloud-related role such as Cloud Architect or Pre-Sales Solution Architect.
- X+ years working with public cloud platforms.
Nice to Have:
- Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications.
- Familiarity with cloud implementation and adoption cycles.
- Experience with Open Source, Cloud native, and Oracle technologies.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields.
