Account Cloud Engineer

The Account Cloud Engineer at Oracle partners with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design, demonstrate, and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems. This role drives Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services, including discovery, design, and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with strategic customers and build leadership relationships at multiple levels within organizations to design and implement solutions.
• Work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into solutions.
• Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
• Provide highly customized presentation demonstrations to customers at conferences and events.
• Support customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services via resource configuration, planning, and education/training.
• Create and distribute technical assets (white papers, solution code, blog posts, video demonstrations).
• Serve as a leading contributor for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success.
• Identify gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
• Provide direction and mentoring to others, with work that is non-routine and very complex, involving advanced technical/business skills in the area of specialization.
• Maintain expertise by staying current on emerging technologies.
