Responsibilities:
- Engage with strategic customers and establish leadership relationships at various organizational levels to design and implement tailored solutions.
- Collaborate directly with customers to gather their requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Implement solutions and ensure successful deployments through code development and scripting.
- Conduct highly customized presentation demonstrations of products/applications to customers and at industry conferences and events.
- Support customers from the Proof of Concept (POC) stage through to the production deployment of services, which includes resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
- Create and distribute technical assets, including white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
- Serve as a leading contributor for customers and sales regarding technical cloud solutions and customer success.
- Identify gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
- Provide direction and mentoring to others, as you will be a leading contributor in a non-routine, complex environment requiring advanced technical and business skills.
