Responsibilities:
- Drive customer success by acting as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and align Oracle’s solutions with their needs.
- Create and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation, showcasing the value of our offerings.
- Define effective cloud solutions utilizing Oracle IaaS and PaaS portfolios to meet customer needs.
- Design and deliver enterprise cloud architectures that articulate business value through technical assessments and architecture.
- Orchestrate and lead cross-functional Oracle teams to assist customers in designing and adopting enterprise cloud architecture on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Cloud Architect or in a customer-facing role such as Pre-Sales Solution Architect, focusing on enterprise cloud solutions.
- Strong communication skills, enabling the explanation of complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, AI) and their applications across business functions.
- Relevant hyperscaler cloud certifications, and experience with cloud implementation and adoption cycles are preferred.
- Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is highly desirable.
