Responsibilities
- Develops and oversees the execution of account plan(s) to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
- Win new logos for emerging high growth and drive market-making wins.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on business planning to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.
- Orchestrate the full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure a focus on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle to build deep trust with Microsoft.
- Proactively develop a strong understanding of the customer’s product and industry priorities to drive new business opportunities and growth.
- Advocate on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are being addressed.
- Lead and orchestrate extended virtual teams across our solution areas to consistently achieve growth in revenue and market share.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Software Development Companies (SDCs) or within the start-up ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field with a background in Software Development Companies (SDCs) and/or digital transformation.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration with exposure to SDCs and/or digital transformation is a plus, along with experience working at or with venture capital firms, start-ups, accelerators, or incubators.
