Program Overview: The Erada Program, tailored for Qatari Nationals, is a paid six-month internship designed to enhance employability through comprehensive training and development, including technical and professional certifications.
Program Details:
The program is structured into two key phases:

Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling (1 month)
- Introduction to the company's mission, culture, strategy, and structure.
- Technical training for the company's technical certifications.
- Professional development courses covering project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.

Phase 2 - On-the-job Training (5 months)
- Join as an Account Management Intern for hands-on training.
- Participate in mentorship and coaching sessions.
- Support the company's teams with digital transformation projects.
- Engage in advanced technology training, including AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance overall satisfaction and develop action plans for improvement.
- Coordinate efforts among extended virtual teams to engage decision-makers within assigned accounts.
- Recommend the company’s solutions to clients and create business plans that promote positive outcomes and drive new opportunities.
- Secure buy-in for execution strategies and identify additional prospects within your account assignments.
- Collaborate with internal industry experts to gather relevant industry data for effective planning.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Qatari nationality.
- Legally authorized to work in Qatar.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for technology with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Business acumen with a keen interest in consultative solution selling.
- Excellent negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
