The Account Executive is a field sales role responsible for client retention and growth. Account Executives build trust-based relationships with C-Level Executives and their teams, understanding their mission-critical priorities and ensuring they receive the expected value from the company relationship. The role involves identifying opportunities for enhanced value delivery through alternative product offerings.

Account Executives are assigned a territory of Large Enterprise clients, working with clients in two segments:

  • End-User Large Enterprise segment: clients with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion.
  • Tech Vendor Large Enterprise segment: clients with annual revenues exceeding $500 million.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive value delivery with current company clients, ensuring maximization of company services.
  • Identify, cultivate, qualify, and close client growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to meet sales metrics and quotas.
  • Manage complex high-revenue sales across diverse business environments.
  • Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible sales environments.
  • Experience selling to or influencing C-Level Executives.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to own, manage, and forecast a complex sales process.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
