About the Job:
The Account Executive is a field sales role responsible for client retention and growth. Account Executives build trust-based relationships with C-Level Executives and their teams. They understand the mission-critical priorities of their clients and ensure clients receive the expected value from their relationship with the company while identifying opportunities for enhanced value delivery with alternative products.
Account Executives will manage a territory of Large Enterprise clients, specifically working with clients in the End-User Large Enterprise segment who have over $1 billion in annual revenue, and in the Tech Vendor Large Enterprise segment with clients having more than $500 million in annual revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive value delivery with current clients, ensuring clients maximize their value from services.
  • Identify, cultivate, qualify, and close client growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell.
  • Continuously build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities, ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Manage complex high-revenue sales across matrix and diverse business environments.
  • Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within complex, intangible sales environments.
  • Experience selling to and/or influencing C-Level Executives.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage and forecast a complex sales process.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
