The Account Executive is a field sales role responsible for client retention and growth. In this position, you will build trust-based relationships with C-Level Executives and their teams, ensuring they receive the expected value from the company relationship while identifying opportunities for enhancing value delivery through alternative product offerings. You will manage a territory of large enterprise clients with over $500 million in annual revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive value delivery with current clients, maximizing their usage of company services.
- Identify, cultivate, qualify, and close client growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell.
- Build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to meet sales metrics and quotas.
- Manage complex, high-revenue sales across diverse business environments.
- Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in complex, intangible sales environments.
- Experience selling to or influencing C-Level Executives.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage and forecast a complex sales process effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
