About the Job:
The Account Executive is a field sales role responsible for client retention and growth. Account Executives build trust-based relationships with C-Level Executives and their teams, understanding mission-critical priorities to ensure clients receive maximum value from their Gartner relationship. They identify opportunities for stronger value delivery through alternative product offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive value delivery with current Gartner clients, ensuring clients maximize the value from services.
  • Identify, cultivate, qualify, and close client growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to meet sales metrics and achieve quota responsibility for the assigned territory.
  • Manage complex high-revenue sales in diverse business environments.
  • Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

What You Will Need:

  • 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within complex, intangible sales environments.
  • Experience selling to and/or influencing C-Level Executives.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage and forecast a complex sales process.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
