The Account Executive is a field sales role responsible for client retention and growth. They build trust-based relationships with C-Level Executives and their teams, understanding the mission-critical priorities of their clients. The role also involves ensuring clients receive expected value from the company's offerings and identifying opportunities for enhanced value delivery through alternative products.
Account Executives are assigned a territory of Large Enterprise clients, working with clients in the End-User Large Enterprise segment with over $1 billion in annual revenue, or in the Tech Vendor Large Enterprise segment with over $500 million in annual revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive value delivery with existing clients to maximize service utilization.
- Identify, cultivate, qualify, and close client growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to meet sales metrics and quotas.
- Manage complex high-revenue sales in diverse business environments.
- Conduct forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Requirements:
- 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex and intangible sales contexts.
- Experience in selling to C-Level Executives or influencing them.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage and forecast complex sales processes.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
