Your Mission:
- Strategic Growth: Craft and execute detailed account plans to identify expansion opportunities and drive Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs).
- Orchestrate Success: Lead a "virtual" internal team of specialists, architects, and partners to build long-term strategic roadmaps for your clients.
- Relationship Excellence: Use your network to navigate complex government hierarchies, building trust with C-level stakeholders and key influencers.
- Collaborate: Work in tandem with the company "Core" Account Executives to deliver a unified "One company" experience to our customers.

- The Overachiever: You have a consistent track record of smashing sales quotas in the KSA Public Sector. You don’t just meet goals; you redefine them.
- The Industry Expert: With 8+ years of experience selling into Saudi government entities, you understand the nuances of local procurement, Vision 2030 mandates, and the PIF ecosystem.
- The Master Communicator: You are as comfortable presenting in an Arabic boardroom as you are collaborating with a global team in English.
- The Team Player: You know that "winning" is a team sport. You excel at engaging internal resources and partners to close complex, multi-million dollar deals.
- The Data-Driven Leader: You believe in the tools you sell. You maintain impeccable CRM hygiene and pride yourself on accurate, data-backed forecasting.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of enterprise software sales experience within the KSA Public Sector.
- Proven experience navigating Giga Projects and large-scale government digital transformations.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to engage with customers on-site.
- Native or professional Arabic fluency and full professional English proficiency.
