Position

Proactively cultivate relationships with customers and utilize Microsoft sales strategies to establish alignment and ensure effective execution. Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, strategies, and industry direction. Lead digital transformation initiatives to drive business outcomes and create value for customers. Oversee the execution of account plans to ensure high-volume sales for both Microsoft and the customer. Engage with internal partners to promote long-term digital transformation strategies and leverage executive relationships to build trust within customer organizations. Utilize best-in-class sales techniques to lead virtual teams and create impactful presentations that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans, ensuring alignment with sales goals and strategies.
  • Lead high-performing teams and coordinate with internal experts on account planning and execution.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth by proposing relevant solutions.
  • Manage complex accounts, ensuring appropriate responses to account needs and maintaining a focus on revenue and consumption targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with key internal and external partners to enhance the account management experience.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their business and technology needs, delivering insights and transforming their business models.
  • Drive customer transformation through technology, ensuring all stakeholder wins are captured for future references.
  • Seek customer feedback to improve satisfaction and develop long-term strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and pursue upselling/cross-selling opportunities, expanding Microsoft's budget allocation within assigned accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in digital transformation, consulting, or technology sectors.
