Outcomes

  • Grow assigned portfolio by 15%+ YOY
  • Achieve revenue targets alongside the accounts Custodian of Client Success through structured account planning
  • Shape CXO agenda while working with procurement and collaborating within the company to identify and sell expanded offerings
  • Establish and maintain a "seat at the top table for AI" within the managed accounts in partnership with AI for Change advisors and capability leads
  • Procure public testimonials and references from clients about the quality of the company's work

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of key account leadership or similar experience managing a 20+ million account for a well-known professional services firm, with a solid track record of account expansion
  • Ability to engage client CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business heads credibly, building warm relationships
  • Strong understanding of AI in an industry context; capable of leading value-driven conversations about AI transformation in at least one vertical
  • Experienced in deal shaping and possesses strong commercial acumen, able to construct and defend business cases
  • Comfortable handling procurement and legal negotiations
  • Collaborative operator who works constructively with engineering and capability teams, gaining their trust and support
  • Low ego and high accountability
