Grow assigned portfolio by 15%+ YOY
Achieve revenue targets alongside the accounts Custodian of Client Success through structured account planning
Shape CXO agenda while working with procurement and collaborating within the company to identify and sell expanded offerings
Establish and maintain a "seat at the top table for AI" within the managed accounts in partnership with AI for Change advisors and capability leads
Procure public testimonials and references from clients about the quality of the company's work

Requirements

At least 10 years of key account leadership or similar experience managing a 20+ million account for a well-known professional services firm, with a solid track record of account expansion
Ability to engage client CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business heads credibly, building warm relationships
Strong understanding of AI in an industry context; capable of leading value-driven conversations about AI transformation in at least one vertical
Experienced in deal shaping and possesses strong commercial acumen, able to construct and defend business cases
Comfortable handling procurement and legal negotiations
Collaborative operator who works constructively with engineering and capability teams, gaining their trust and support
Low ego and high accountability
