You’ll focus on not only selling new offerings but also minimizing erosion in renewals, ensuring that our largest accounts continue to flourish and thrive.

You won’t just be a cog in the machine; you’ll be a strategic mastermind responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies. Your expertise will lead to the successful growth and retention of the company's most valuable accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies for growth and retention.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process.
  • Generate new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and account compliance while maintaining a stellar reputation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience running accounts in the MEA region.
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
  • 10+ years of experience managing the sales process end-to-end in the MEA region.
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks.
  • Open-minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
  • Sales experience in technical solutions.
