Accountabilities
As an Account Manager and B2B Growth Consultant, you will take full ownership of your client portfolio, combining strategic consulting, relationship management, and commercial development.
- Lead strategic workshops with clients to define target audiences, positioning, messaging, and growth objectives.
- Develop tailored B2B acquisition strategies aligned with each client's business model and commercial priorities.
- Coordinate campaign implementation with internal teams responsible for technical execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and identify actionable opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular client review calls, address questions, communicate progress, and ensure agreed next steps are delivered.
- Proactively manage client relationships, take ownership of challenges, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and recommend relevant additional services and solutions.
- Develop successful client relationships into case studies, referrals, and long-term business partnerships.
- Contribute directly to portfolio growth through retention, upselling, and measurable client outcomes.
Requirements
You bring relevant B2B experience and a strong understanding of customer relationships, business development, and commercial growth. You are comfortable working with senior decision-makers and taking ownership of client outcomes.
- At least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, or a related B2B environment.
- Proven experience managing direct client relationships and taking responsibility for business outcomes.
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with founders, managing directors, and sales leaders.
- Understanding of B2B customer acquisition, sales processes, and business development strategies.
- Ability to quickly understand new business models and translate commercial challenges into practical solutions.
- A track record of measurable achievements, supported by concrete examples of previous results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Strong ownership mentality, ambition, discipline, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Openness to feedback and the ability to translate it into meaningful improvements.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
