Account Manager (Business Development)

You will be responsible for business evaluation and supporting the launch of new sellers as they make their wide range of products available to millions of customers. Additionally, you will build relationships with selling partners continuously, supporting sellers in their business launch and helping them grow their business on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential sellers to the company’s website via phone or email.
• Effectively prioritize and lead a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets.
• Act as a business partner for new and existing sellers, providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on the platform.
• Work closely with new and existing sellers, educating them about the company’s high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
• Enable sellers to learn and master the company’s tools and systems to become self-sufficient in handling their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently.
• Learn and understand the specifics of your categories to spot popular brands, trends, seasonal items, and pricing to tailor your pitch and advice to sellers effectively.
• Track and report business development results, analyze data, and interpret reports for your portfolio of sellers.
• Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a results-oriented environment.
