About the job
As an Account Manager with a focus on the Chinese market, you will conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities that lead to increased revenue, profitability, and market share. Your role will involve maintaining continuous business relationships with clients and restaurants to ensure excellent service and support, resolving operational issues, and keeping client menus updated at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting business reviews and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Providing strong service and support to resolve operational issues between clients and the company.
  • Optimizing restaurant content, including menu accuracy and delivery times.
  • Renegotiating commission rates and building new commercial relationships.
  • Managing advertisement sales, including acquiring brand images and promotional materials.
  • Generating food coupons and promotions to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
  • Encouraging digital solutions, such as online payment gateways and enhanced order tracking features.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales reports and vendor analysis.

Qualifications
What you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field.
  • Fluency in the Chinese language.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with adaptability and flexibility.
