Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be focusing on generating new business and serving as the first level of support to existing clients/accounts targeting the Travel industry and partly Retail/Real Estate. You will be a strong communicator, reliable, organized, and keen to kick-start your sales career. You will be ready to take responsibility and ownership of your clients and have a passion for driving new business opportunities and sales.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients, sales staff, and production colleagues worldwide.
• Respond to client requests for new project initiatives. Collaborate with various members of the production and sales teams to assess the scope of work and produce cost estimates.
• Assess the competitive landscape, develop project proposals, negotiate budgets and schedules with the client.
• Monitor and communicate project progress, ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets and ultimately produce high-quality deliverables.
• Take a proactive role in learning about clients’ industry, business needs, and company culture, educating the project team, identifying new business opportunities, and providing a high level of service.
• Responsible for growing new business from existing clients, including working closely with senior leadership to expand current relationships and upsell the company's portfolio.
• Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy.
• Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality, and customer service.

Requirements

• Excellent written, verbal English communication skills.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and can-do attitude.
• Effective time management.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales or Client Services.
