Account Manager

About the job
As an Account Manager at Talabat, you will conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities that lead to increased revenue, profitability, and market share. Your role involves maintaining continuous business relationships with clients and restaurants, providing excellent service to build strong relationships, and resolving operational issues. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring clients' menus are always up to date
• Optimizing restaurant content (MOA, Delivery time)
• Renegotiating commission rates to build new commercial relationships
• Managing advertisement sales through acquiring brand menu pictures and promoting Talabat's branding at restaurants
• Generating food coupons, promotions, and vouchers from existing restaurants
• Encouraging brand promotion of Talabat pictures with clients/restaurants
• Optimizing transmission methods and encouraging digitalization for restaurants
• Coordinating with restaurants to ensure active presence on the Talabat website
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including closed sales and sales expense reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills to assess data and sales statistics
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Adaptability and flexibility in approach
