Position

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Food - UAE team in Dubai. This role is responsible for owning and nurturing relationships with our restaurant partners to help them grow and succeed on the company platform. You will play a critical role in optimizing partner performance, improving operational metrics, and driving strategic initiatives that benefit both the company and our partners.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
  • Drive partners' performance through business reviews, data insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to execute growth initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve partner concerns swiftly to ensure a high-quality experience.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support onboarding and training of new partners to set them up for success.
  • Advocate internally for partner needs and work with relevant teams to drive platform improvements.

What You'll Need

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development, or similar roles, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or F&B sectors.
  • Candidate must be fluent in Arabic.
  • Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
