Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients.
- Contribute in developing the company's business development strategies and plans.
- Build new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
- Manage client relationships and provide clients with excellent service and support.
- Feed back all suggestions for improvement and market research to the management.
- Be aware of all competitive activities within accounts and prevent attrition.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Execute successful sales strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Identify market trends to enhance existing products/services or create new products/services.
- Work with other departments to design and implement marketing campaigns. Leverage strategic events like GIS and AI conferences, commercial events, and business trade shows to increase both the company's awareness and networks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in commercial, marketing, or business-related fields.
- 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in GIS industry.
- Excellent project management skills - must be able to demonstrate experience of managing multiple projects and transforming commercial issues into business development opportunities.
- Cost Analysis, Cost Control, and Quality of work priority.
- Strong personality, proficient in customer relationship management.
- Advanced IT skills and AI Expertise.
- Strong commercial acumen & excellent negotiation abilities.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
