About the Job:
The Account Manager is a field-based, direct sales role responsible for both client retention and growth through contract expansion and the introduction of new products and services. You will consult with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by the company's products and services.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts with an aim to increase customer satisfaction and enhance retention and account growth.
  • Maintain quota responsibility of $800,000+ of contract value within a territory of major client accounts.
  • Execute the company's sales methodology consistently and effectively.
  • Engage in account planning and territory management.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Stay informed of competitive knowledge and the company's product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in high technology (services, software, or consultative environment), with proven success in sales.
  • Demonstrated intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen.
  • Experience in building excellent client relationships at C-level within large enterprise organizations.
  • Strong computer proficiency and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s or master’s degree is desired.
