Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be accountable for developing relationships with key clients and servicing their research requirements. You will demonstrate expertise across various research types, including brand health tracking, customer satisfaction, usage & attitude studies, and custom ad-hoc work. Your role will involve all research-related stages such as questionnaire development, data analysis, report writing, and client presentations to ensure smooth project execution, either independently or with support from team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant working experience, specifically in market research with quantitative projects.
• Strong client focus and understanding of research techniques to facilitate meaningful conversations with all client stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations in Arabic is essential.
• Ability to comprehend all technical aspects of research to engage in internal and client-based discussions.
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of data interpretation.
• Capable of mentoring and guiding team members while influencing and persuading to foster long-term relationships.
• Excellent presentation development and delivery skills for face-to-face or group insights presentations.
• Displays maturity and creative problem-solving abilities in crisis situations.
• Ability to operate in a multicultural environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
