Conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities and relationships that lead to increased revenue, profitability, and market share. Maintain continuous relationships with clients/restaurants while providing excellent service and support to build strong connections and resolve operational issues. Ensure that the menus of clients are consistently updated. Optimize restaurant content (MOA, Delivery time) and renegotiate commission rates through renewing existing contracts. Acquire and maintain branding materials, food coupons, and promotions from existing restaurants. Encourage restaurants to implement digital solutions, including online payment gateways. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including closed sales, follow-up activities, sales expense reports, increased sales reports after promotions, vendor analysis sheets, and account management reports.
