As the Account Manager for the Security Portfolio, you will work with the Sales team in Riyadh to drive the order intake for Thales in the security sector in KSA. You will shape and structure commercial approaches for the security market, define effective go-to-market strategies, and establish key strategic partnerships. Your responsibilities will include managing security-related accounts while promoting Thales’ complete solution portfolio to clients and stakeholders in the security domain.

Missions & Responsibilities:

  • Develop Account Plans that align strategies with customer needs and internal stakeholders.
  • Support customer business growth with Thales' offerings while monitoring competitor performance.
  • Identify and execute strategic initiatives to foster growth.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships based on partnership.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Marketing on action plans.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders efficiently, sharing key information.
  • Support sales teams to close order intake and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update Group CRM data.

Requirements:

  • Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of direct experience in the security market within KSA, with a total of 15+ years of work experience.
  • Proven track record of winning complex deals.
  • Qualifications: Engineering Degree or MSc. Eng. (an additional business degree is a plus).
  • Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
