As an Account Manager, you will manage one or several larger accounts or act as the account lead for a substantial part of a top account. Your responsibilities will include understanding the customer’s IT and business objectives, driving business performance for all the company Business Units, and building and developing relationship networks with key influencers and decision-makers in IT and business.

Responsibilities:

  • Articulates a connection between the customer's core KPIs.
  • Builds and executes a plan to drive growth and profitability across the company's portfolio.
  • Engages with the customer to identify opportunities, translating business challenges and goals into IT opportunities.
  • Develops and maintains a professional relationship network within the customer to maximize efficiency and effectiveness for the company.
  • Develops and maintains an overview of the partner's landscape in the account and updates the partner strategy accordingly.
  • Builds and executes basic account business plans for defined accounts.

Requirements:

  • University or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Typically 4-8+ years of sales experience, with account management experience desired.
  • Experience in the IT industry is preferred, and experience working within IT departments or customers is a plus.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong will to win and results orientation.
  • Ability to articulate a vision and strategic planning.
  • Efficient sales execution and continuous learning mindset.
  • In-depth IT industry acumen and knowledge of the company portfolio.
  • Team leadership capabilities and strong relationship-building skills.
