Job Description:
In this role, also known as a Presales Consultant or Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering thought leadership, crafting solutions that enhance customer experiences, and collaborating with colleagues to support the sales team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and leading the solution cycle through collaboration with teams.
  • Understanding client needs and positioning the company's products as optimal solutions.
  • Demonstrating industry and technical proficiency in the company's solutions.
  • Developing and presenting customized demos to key stakeholders that address business needs.
  • Participating in product, sales, and procedural training to maintain effective knowledge.
  • Attaining quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Leading the technical side of the sales cycle and responding efficiently to RFPs.
  • Showing a strong interest in career growth through internal training programs and mentorship.

Required Qualifications:

  • Solid hands-on experience with the company.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience implementing digital transformation strategies.
  • Proven track record in solution engineering or consultancy within an enterprise software environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong time management ability in dynamic team settings.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
