As an Account Solution Engineer, you will collaborate with colleagues and support our sales team, translating business objectives into compelling recommendations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and leading the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams.
- Understanding customer needs and establishing the company’s products as the optimal solutions.
- Developing and delivering innovative custom solutions and customized demos of the company products.
- Participating in product, sales, and procedural training to maintain relevant knowledge.
- Attaining quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
- Leading the technical side of the sales cycle and responding efficiently to RFPs.
Location: Eastern Region (Hybrid)
Work Conditions: Full-time, Hybrid
Required Qualifications:
- Strong background in the Telco industry.
- Hands-on experience with the company.
- Fluency in both Arabic & English.
- Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies.
- Proven track record in solution engineering or consultancy for enterprise software.
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

- A willingness to travel occasionally is required.
