Position

As an Account Solution Engineer, also referred to as a "Presales Consultant," "Sales Consultant," "Pre-Sales Engineer," "Sales Engineer," or "SE," you will be a vital part of the sales cycle by providing expert guidance and developing solutions that enhance customer experiences. You will collaborate with colleagues, support the sales team, and convert business goals into persuasive recommendations. Utilizing both your technical and sales expertise, you will present product offerings, address objections, and build confidence in our technology infrastructure. Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor to clients, assisting in their transformational journeys.

Location: Riyadh Region (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams.
  • Understand customer needs and position the company’s products as the best solutions for unique challenges.
  • Convey a deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology in relation to the company’s solutions.
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including building and presenting customized demos to key decision-makers.
  • Participate in appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certifications.
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
  • Respond efficiently to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Lead the technical aspect of the sales cycle.
  • Demonstrate curiosity about growing your career through internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Solid hands-on experience with the company.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies.
  • Track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training success within an enterprise software organization.
  • Proven communication skills, both oral and written, along with strong interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Effective time management skills in a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to tackle problems in energizing environments.
  • Inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
