As an Account Solution Engineer, also referred to as a "Presales Consultant," "Sales Consultant," "Pre-Sales Engineer," or "Sales Engineer," you will play a vital role in the sales cycle by delivering thought leadership and owning solutions to enhance our customers' experience. This position requires collaboration with colleagues, supporting the sales team, and translating business objectives into compelling recommendations. Your technical and sales skills will be essential in presenting product offerings, addressing objections, and building confidence in our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through collaboration with other teams.
- Understand customer needs and position the company's products as the best solution to their unique challenges.
- Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including customized demos of the company's products.
- Participate in product, sales, and procedural training and certifications.
- Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
- Respond efficiently to RFPs and lead the technical side of the sales cycle.
- Engage in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on solid experience with the company's platform.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies.
- Track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training success in an enterprise software organization.
- Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in energizing environments.
- Passionate about technology and sharing knowledge.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
