In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues and the sales team, translating business objectives into compelling recommendations. Your responsibility will be to present our product offerings, address objections, and inspire confidence in our technology infrastructure, acting as a trusted advisor while aiding customers on their transformational journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle in collaboration with other teams.
- Understand customer needs and position the company's product as the ideal solution.
- Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including customized demos of the company's products.
- Participate in training and certification to maintain effectiveness in the position.
- Lead the technical side of the sales cycle and respond efficiently to RFPs.
- Foster a strong curiosity about career growth through internal training programs and mentorship.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with the company's products.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Experience with Digital Transformation strategies.
- Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training in enterprise software environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
- Strong time management capabilities in dynamic team environments.
- Team-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
