Account Solution Engineer

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as an Account Solution Engineer, also recognized as a "Presales Consultant," "Sales Consultant," "Pre-Sales Engineer," or "Sales Engineer." This position is integral to the sales cycle, where you will deliver thought leadership and develop solutions to enhance our customers' experience.

As an Account Solution Engineer, you will:

• Collaborate with colleagues and support the sales team.
• Translate business objectives into compelling recommendations.
• Present product offerings, address objections, and inspire confidence in our technology.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers during their transformational journey.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle in collaboration with various teams.
• Understand customer needs and establish the company's product as the best solution.
• Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and demos to address client business issues.
• Participate in product, sales, and procedural training to maintain necessary knowledge.
• Respond efficiently to RFPs and lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle.
• Participate in internal training and mentorship initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on solid experience with the company.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Experience in implementing Digital Transformation strategies.
• Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, or training within an enterprise software environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management skills in a dynamic team setting.
• An inquisitive and practical mindset regarding technology.
