As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to leading companies in understanding their business landscapes and objectives. You will demonstrate and articulate the value of the company solutions to optimize their digital strategies and solve important business challenges. By providing advice on digital change, you will help customers exploit the company Experience Cloud to strengthen their brand and grow their business. Collaboration with the Sales organization and support from Technical, Consulting, and Customer Success teams will be essential.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Strong understanding of technology driving digital transformation
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and emerging trends like Generative and Agentic AI
  • Familiarity with the company Experience Cloud and Creative Cloud is a plus
  • Ability to identify critical business issues and provide solution approaches
  • Exceptional presentation and conversational skills as a trusted advisor
  • Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Experience in partnering with senior client stakeholders (CMO, CIO, VP-level)
  • Expertise in leading complex sales plays
  • Ability to build and communicate use cases and value propositions
  • Strong experience in crafting end-to-end user experiences
  • Self-motivated with a strong aim to succeed in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal, written, presentation, and communication skills
