Program Details

• Program Start Date: January 2027
• Location: Doha, Qatar
• Erada Program: Designed specifically for Qatari Nationals to enhance employability and market impact through early-career recruitment and skill development.
• Internship Duration: Paid six-month program, culminating in recognized technical and professional certifications, enriched with on-the-job training, mentoring, and real-life assignments.

Program Structure:
The internship is divided into two primary phases:

• Phase 1: Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month)

  • Introduction to the company’s mission, culture, strategy, and structure.
  • Technical skilling leading to globally recognized company technical certifications.
  • Courses in professional skills such as project and change management, effective communication, creativity, and time management.

• Phase 2: On-the-Job Training (5 months)

  • Work as an Account Technology Intern receiving on-the-job training and shadowing.
  • Participation in mentorship and coaching sessions.
  • Support company teams in various digital transformation projects.
  • Advanced training in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing.

Responsibilities

• Generate business insights using customer data and internal knowledge to inform planning processes.
• Assist in creating technical roadmaps that outline digital transformation journeys.
• Understand customer business objectives to align them with company solution areas and industry scenarios.
• Respond to customer opportunities, create demand, and address any issues that arise.
• Support account planning activities, including budgeting and consumption goals, as directed.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Qatari nationality.
• Legally authorized to work in Qatar (citizenship or valid work visa).
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for technology and a strong customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• A solid combination of business and technical acumen.
• Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in technical consulting, consultative selling, or related technical/sales roles is advantageous.
