Account Tech Strategist - Ru'aa Internship

Join the company's Ru’aa Program, tailored for Saudi Nationals, aiming to accelerate employability through an internship that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications & skills. This six-month paid training program includes mentoring, coaching, job shadowing, and real-life scenario assignments.

Work Conditions

• 3 days/week in-office
• Less than 25% travel

Responsibilities

• Provide technology guidance to clients and facilitate interactions between clients and the company's resources to drive demand generation and digital transformation.
• Generate business insights based on customer data and the company's products to inform planning processes.
• Assist in creating technical roadmaps outlining the digital transformation journey while collaborating with others.
• Map customers’ business objectives to the company's solutions and scenarios, ensuring alignment with industry priority scenarios.
• Create demand based on customer opportunities and support account planning for budgeting and consumption goals.
• Support the company's teams in digital transformation projects through on-the-job training.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing/completed a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Saudi nationality and legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluency in English.

• Passion for technology and strong customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Strong balance of business and technical skills.
• Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, or product development is a plus.
