Account Technology

This role synthesizes business insights and orchestrates global teams across the organization to deliver innovative solutions while applying deep expertise and thought leadership. Acting as a "virtual Chief Technical Officer," this position provides account thought leadership, leveraging extensive knowledge of the company's solutions, industry dynamics, and customer needs. The role involves leading technology strategy formulation by ensuring alignment of customer needs with technology solutions, executing digital transformation initiatives, and creating technical roadmaps to meet customer objectives. Responsibilities include developing and presenting opportunities to customers, mapping technical requirements to the company's technology platforms, and orchestrating teams to ensure best practices for account planning. The position also entails delivering regular industry and technology briefings to senior technical decision-makers, applying expertise to inform the development of industry-specific sales strategies, and helping customers navigate technology trends.

Qualifications:

• Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, or practice building.

• Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 12+ years of experience in technical consulting or related fields.
  • 6+ years of experience in a relevant customer industry and in driving digital transformation using technology.
