Account Technology Specialist

About the Job:
The Account Technology Specialist at the company is responsible for synthesizing business insights and orchestrating global teams to deliver innovative solutions. This role acts as a "virtual Chief Technical Officer," providing account thought leadership, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the company's solutions, and understanding customer needs to guide technology strategy formulation and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the alignment of customer business objectives with technology solutions and creating mid- to long-term technical roadmaps.
• Driving demand generation and presenting opportunities to customers while mapping technical requirements to the company's technology platforms.
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior customer decision-makers to articulate how the company's technology can meet their evolving business needs compared to competitors.
• Conducting industry and technology briefings for customer technical teams and utilizing best practices for account planning.

Qualifications:

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with 6+ years of relevant experience in technical consulting, business consulting, or related fields.
• Preferred: Advanced degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, including experience in digital transformation within relevant industries.
