About the Job:
The Account Technology Specialist at the company synthesizes business insights and orchestrates global teams to deliver innovative solutions, acting as a "virtual Chief Technical Officer." This role involves leading technology strategy formulation, aligning customer needs with technology solutions, and driving digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing technical roadmaps, generating demand, coaching teams, and conducting regular industry briefings for senior decision-makers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Applying deep expertise to develop Industry Sales Kits and understand market trends relevant to the customer's industry.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and line-of-business leaders, shaping technology adoption strategies to meet future business needs.
• Leading digitization efforts and promoting company solutions as superior to competitor offerings.
• Establishing best practices in account planning to drive business outcomes across high-impact accounts.
• Creating opportunities for product and solutions sales through demand generation and orchestration of account strategies.

Location: Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid)

Qualifications:

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field with 6+ years of technical consulting or related experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, including expertise in digital transformation and specific customer industry knowledge.
