Account Technology Strategist

About the Role
This position within the company's Enterprise Account Team focuses on empowering customers on their AI and digital transformation journeys. As an Account Technology Strategist, you will act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and technology leaders, aiding them in realizing business value through the company's cloud, AI, security, data, and modern workplace solutions. Your role will include developing technology strategies and roadmaps, aligning the company's capabilities with customer priorities, and driving long-term transformation outcomes. Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customer business and technology stakeholders, understanding their priorities, challenges, and transformation goals.
• Develop and drive account technology strategies that align the company's cloud, AI, security, data, and productivity solutions with customer outcomes.
• Partner with sales, technical, partner, and customer success teams to deliver integrated solutions and enhance customer success.
• Influence technology decisions by articulating the value of the company's technologies and identifying opportunities for innovation and transformation.
• Support adoption, consumption, and long-term value realization while providing guidance on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field AND 6+ years of technical consulting, consultative selling, business consulting, or related technology experience, OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving digital transformation or technology-led business outcomes.
• Experience building relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cloud, AI, data, security, and modern workplace technologies.
