Responsibilities

  • Apply expertise to identify and inform the development of the right Industry Sales Kits and industry partners within the customer's vertical industry.
  • Conduct forecasting and develop recommendations for managing accounts and subsidiary planning by synthesizing industry insights and best practices.
  • Act as the customer's Technology Mentor, establishing relationships with senior executives to drive market share and business transformations through digital technologies.
  • Lead customer technology engagements and deliver regular industry/technology briefings to senior decision-makers.
  • Establish best practices around account planning and coordinate complex extended account teams to drive forecasting and tracking of the business.
  • Create and drive new opportunities for product sales, solutions sales, or consumption, ensuring alignment with Microsoft priorities.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Extensive technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, or related experience

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in relevant customer industries: Manufacturing, Energy, Power & Utilities
  • Extensive experience in digital transformation or using technology to drive customer business outcomes
