Account Technology Strategist: Internship Opportunities

Join Microsoft as an Account Technology Intern (ATS) and help drive technology guidance for clients while fostering the interaction between clients and Microsoft resources. This role focuses on generating new opportunities, demand generation, and mapping industry scenarios to Microsoft solutions. Program Overview: The Ru’aa Program is designed for Saudi Nationals, aiming to enhance employability through early career recruitment and skilling programs. This paid nine-month internship will provide globally recognized technical and professional certifications, on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching.

Program Details:

• Duration: 9 months (full-time)
• Phases:
  • Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling (1 month): Introduction to Microsoft’s mission, technical skills training, and professional development.
  • Phase 2 - On-the-Job Training (8 months): Practical experience as an ATS Intern, supporting digital transformation projects, and advanced technology training.

Responsibilities:

• Generate business insights based on data from customers and internal teams.
• Assist in creating technical roadmaps and engagement plans.
• Map customer business objectives to relevant Microsoft solutions.
• Support account planning and customer consumption goals.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Saudi nationality and legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for technology and strong customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Body of technical knowledge related to consulting, sales, or product development is a plus.
